Matt is highly motivated, focused, and determined Executive with over 15 years of experience in both Sales and Individual Sales Contributor roles. Areas of expertise are business development, customer acquisition, NPL’s, market penetration, asset management from acquisition to liquidation, customer retention and building winning sales teams within hyper-growth environments.
As the Portfolio Manager, Matt oversees Scottsdale’s entire portfolio across the U.S. He models out strategies and exits on the defaulted non-performing and performing loans, elevating their portfolios for other downstream investors and banks. Additionally, it is his responsibility to run the company’s Loss Mitigation efforts in-house with borrowers through outreach, working directly with our national attorney network, and local housing counselors.
