As Chief Acquisition Officer Mr. Moore works with key investors and clients to provide investment capital for strategic real estate backed investments throughout the US focused on the single family residential rental model.
Prior to joining the private equity firm Mr. Moore launched and ran a multistate mortgage company. The company focused on providing mortgages and capital solutions to real estate investors. Concurrently Mr. Moore owned and operated a HomeVestors franchise which rehabilitated and repurposed vacant distressed properties into either cash flowing rental properties or turnkey homes for first time homebuyers.
Mr. Moore has been involved in numerous startup companies and franchise operations focused on the real estate investing market. Prior to his career in real estate he worked in the environmental regulatory compliance industry focusing on M&A, business development and environmental risk mitigation strategies.
