I enjoy solving problems. Whether it's Real Estate specifically or Cash Flow in general, my passion is to bring creative and alternative solutions to remedy my client's real estate and/or cash flow headaches. One of the favorite parts of my day is talking with a client who has a big problem, really listening to them to understand their issues, sometimes "talking them down from the cliff", helping them clarify the situation and their goals, and laying out a path for them to successfully navigate and reach their real estate and/or financial goals.
I particularly enjoy working with doctors and other health professionals, because I admire their dedication to help their patients define and solve or manage their healthcare issues. Earlier in my career, I had the privilege to work for doctors and other health care providers in the capacity of practice management and practice development. During that time, I discovered that while they were often experts in their field, many health professionals had large gaps in their understanding of business and finance, and were frequently the target of unscrupulous schemers.
I also have a background in mortgage lending and an affinity for creative real estate strategies. In 2011, my husband, Larry Gill. and I started a small real estate investment company, and we soon established ourselves as the local "real estate problem solvers". This evolved into implementing and offering various cash flow strategies related to real estate - but without the hassles of tenants and toilets. Our Note practice focus is to help Doctors and other high income professionals protect and grow their wealth through alternative real estate strategies, without the hassles of tenants or toilets, while providing affordable home ownership to people who have been left behind by the traditional banking industry. Our goal is to help doctors and professionals make work optional.
