Ben was born and raised in Charlottesville, Virginia. He graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology. Upon graduation, Ben worked as a TV weatherman in Louisiana during Hurricane Katrina, and later moved to Colorado where he started investing in real estate. Ben, his wife Leigh, and 3 boys now live in South Louisiana. Ben has been investing in land for 15+ years and specializes in rural land tracts.
