I started my career in finance with a California state chartered bank in 1981 and found a home in Loan Administration and Servicing. That experience included contract collections, internal audit, underwriting, optional insurance sales, loan documentation preparation, collateral security registration, loan boarding, and collections.
I joined SN Servicing Corporation in 1998 with a focus on data integrity, due diligence and loan boarding. Over the years, my expertise lead to coordinating service transfers to and from SN and new investor client setup. I now oversee the staff that prepares reports, reviews documents, boards loans and issues RESPA and FDCPA correspondence. I insure regulatory compliance of the process while working with our investor clients and other servicers to establish transfers, research and review transfer questions and processes.
Being the oldest in our office I’m affectionately known as “Momma Nanc” to my kids (as I call them). I’m frequently asked “when are you going to retire?” I laugh it off with “not any time soon.” Outside of the office I am “Mamma” to two grandchildren, “Mom” to one daughter and “Wife” to my husband of 21 years, after being widowed by my daughter’s father. We all enjoy traveling, the SF Giants and concerts.
