Farah W. Issa has more than 20 years’ experience helping real estate
investors and business owners devise strategies to create performing
portfolios by improving sales, production and organization while reducing
Issa is an expert on the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer
Protection Act, the 2010 federal law that imposed increased regulation on
the financial services industry, as it applies to private financing and land
installment agreements. He frequently speaks and writes about the topic
and provides educational webinars to help investors navigate the intricacies
of the law. Issa is also invited to participate in conferences and seminars
covering credit repair, lending and rehabbing properties for profit.
A serial entrepreneur, Issa has established a network of vertically
integrated real estate and financing businesses, including investment
banking, commercial and residential mortgage financing and construction,
in order to provide a full array of services for investors. Issa serves as
president of National Lending Unlimited, providing technology and
education to turn investors from novices to professionals.
Issa is an Ohio native who earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in
Finance and Accounting from the College of Maxwell Business School at
The Ohio State University.
