Founder of First Lien Capital. Bill has invested in, managed, and brokered real estate, and provided mortgage servicing consultation for major financial institutions and private equity partners since 2002.
First Lien Capital is a privately owned mortgage and real estate investment platform with experience in all asset classes of real estate, asset management, portfolio servicing oversight, and mortgage finance, focused on shifting paradigms in our industry and establishing a new relationship between investors and borrowers through the creation of win-win resolutions to sub-performing, non-performing mortgages on residential and commercial real estate.
Bill literally wrote the book on loss mitigation for non-performing residential loans (NPLs). WIN WIN REVOLUTION, An Insider’s Guide to Investing in the Secondary Mortgage Market, opened on the Amazon’s Best Seller List in the Mortgage Category, when first released in Fall 2017.
As a graduate of New York University with a B.F.A in Film Production, prior to pursuing his career in real estate, Bill spent eight years as a Producer of theatrical motion pictures, commercials, and music videos in Los Angeles and New York.
Bill takes most pride in being a father of three incredible adult children. As well as an active benefactor and volunteer in his community, mentoring and advocating for children of abuse or neglect, refereeing competitive youth soccer and recently became an Introduction Leader for Landmark Education.
